The study

A total of 5,251 participants (ages 18–25; 70% women, 30% men) were included. The studies were conducted in the United States (6 studies), United Kingdom (3 studies), Asia (3 studies), and the Middle East (1 study) and lasted 5 to 10 weeks.

The sleep interventions included cognitive behavioral therapy, sleep education, meditation, or body awareness therapy, and they were delivered using electronic devices. The control was standard care or no intervention.
