Symptoms of Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease include weakness or loss of muscle mass in the legs, ankles, and feet; high foot arches; curled toes; reduced ability to run or walk; footdrop; awkward steps; frequent tripping or falling; and decreased sensation in the legs and feet.
